1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Pallique ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these
Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are under 18, you must have
permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Game.
2. LICENSE TO USE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Game
for personal, non-commercial entertainment on your mobile device. You may not:
● Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code.
● Use cheats, automation software (bots), or hacks.
● Redistribute or sell the Game without written consent.
3. IN-APP PURCHASES & VIRTUAL
ITEMS
● Virtual Items: The Game may include virtual currency or items ("Virtual Items"). These
have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for "real" money.
● Payments: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play
Store.
● Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or the
platform’s specific refund policy.
4. ADVERTISEMENTS &
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Game displays advertisements served by third-party providers (e.g., Google AdMob). By
using the Game, you acknowledge that these third parties may collect data to serve relevant
ads. Your interactions with these ads are subject to the third party's own terms and privacy
policies.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Game to:
● Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
● Post or transmit offensive, obscene, or illegal content.
● Interfere with the Game’s security features or servers.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the Game—including artwork, music, code, and trademarks—are
owned by Blayne Conway. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Game.
7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, without
notice, for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the
Game from your device.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES &
LIABILITY
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BLAYNE
CONWAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR
INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts
of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
